Too much registration was happening at the venue.
With a large number of attendees arriving at the same time, handling the entire registration process on-site could create queues and slow down the start of the event.

Huddle Global is a major startup event held annually in Kerala, bringing together startups, investors, mentors, and industry leaders. I worked on the design for Huddle Global 2024, creating the visual and event deliverables for the experience.

Solution
Bringing part of the registration home.
We introduced a Print-at-Home Badge system that allowed attendees to complete part of the process before reaching the venue. I designed the experience and supporting materials to keep the process simple.
Result
A smoother start to the event.
Moving part of the registration process before the event helped reduce pressure at the venue and made check-in faster and more organised.
